OUR STUD
Witcombe Hanibal has already proven his role as a stallion producing some lovely ponies. So far his breed quality's have been passed on, such as his pretty head, masses of bone and hair, straight movement and fabulous temperament. His own personal profile on the website shows you the tremendous breeding that he has behind him and the prolific show winners of his past. The breeding is full of the popular Kerswell and Eiger Shetland ponies which to this day are the forefront of the breed. There are a variety of photos of Hanibal through his career so far to browse through and get a feel of his character.
We have now added Eiger Rolex too our stud, who will have a few mares with him in the spring. He has proven to be a champion pony in both Shetland breed classes and NPS. He is the traditional type of miniature Shetland with bone and quality. His breeding proceeds him and we are excited for his future here at the stud.
The mares are as equally balanced with there strong breeding. We hope to increase the amount of ponies that we breed each year, meaning we occasionally will have stock for sale. If you have any enquiries please just send us an email and we shall do our best to accommodate.
